Mumbai, March 16: Xiaomi has launched the Mijia IH Rice Cooker 2, a smart appliance designed to meet diverse household cooking needs. The rice cooker is now available for pre-order in China, starting at 349 yuan (approximately $50).

The new rice cooker comes in four capacity options: 2L, 3L, 4L, and 5L. The 2L model can prepare about eight bowls of rice, making it suitable for one to three individuals. The 3L variant can cook ten bowls, ideal for medium-sized families. The larger 4L and 5L models can handle 16 and 20 bowls of rice, respectively, catering to bigger households or gatherings.
Utilizing an Induction Heating (IH) system, the Mijia IH Rice Cooker 2 heats the inner pot evenly from all sides.
