Xiaomi to Host Global Launch Event on September 24: Tablets, Smartwatches, IoT Products Expected

New Delhi, September 21 (Daily Kiran News): Xiaomi is preparing for a major global launch event on September 24, where it will introduce a wide range of new devices. The lineup includes tablets, smartwatches, hearables, smart bands, cameras, and IoT appliances, many of which are making their way outside China for the first time.

The highlight could be the Xiaomi Pad Mini, a compact premium tablet likely based on the Redmi K Pad. It is expected to feature a Dimensity 9400+ chipset, 7,500mAh battery with 67W charging, and an 8.8-inch 3K display with 165Hz refresh rate.

Another addition is the Redmi Pad 2 Pro, featuring a 12.1-inch 2.5K display, 120Hz refresh rate, and 45W fast charging support.

Wearables

The event will also bring the Xiaomi Watch S4 (41mm), which packs a 1.32-inch AMOLED display, heart rate and SpO2 tracking, multiple workout modes, and up to 8 days of battery life.

The company will unveil the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Ceramic White Edition, featuring a 1.72-inch AMOLED screen, 1500 nits brightness, 5ATM water resistance, and all-day health tracking.

Audio and Smart Devices

Xiaomi is also launching the OpenWear Stereo Pro earbuds with an open-ear design, offering 8.5 hours of playback, IP54 durability, and an advanced multi-driver setup for high-quality sound.

For smart homes, Xiaomi will introduce the Smart Camera C701 with 4K video recording, human/pet tracking, and privacy protection, alongside the Robot Vacuum 5 Pro with AI-powered cleaning and a self-cleaning dock.

The September 24 showcase underlines Xiaomi’s aggressive expansion of its AIoT ecosystem in global markets.
