Varun Badola Aims for Victory in Actors Cricket Bash After Last Years Loss

Mumbai, March 28: The cricket league ‘Actors Cricket Bash’ is set to take place, providing a platform for artists from the television and film industry to showcase their passion for cricket, enhance fitness, and promote sportsmanship.

Recently, renowned television actor Varun Badola shared insights about the league in a special interview. He emphasized the importance of understanding the flow of the game as it unfolds.

Reflecting on last year’s tournament, he stated, “We lost in the finals last time. Therefore, this year, we are determined to give our best to win. After all, we are not professional players. Our primary job is acting, but whenever we find a little time from shooting, we pour our hearts into playing cricket, which we love. This is especially significant in the television industry, where schedules are very hectic.”

Varun discussed the preparation and commitment required amidst the busy schedules of the television industry. He remarked, “You have to make time for sports, but I believe that when you love something, you always find a way to make it happen. When a noble cause is so meaningful, it becomes even more important.”

He added, “This is our sixth season. We have all been together in every edition, both as actors and friends. It’s wonderful to see the growth and the enthusiasm with which people come forward to play cricket, and I am very happy that the Actors Cricket Bash has made such great progress.”

Launched in 2019, this league is India’s first dedicated professional cricket league designed specifically for screen actors, OTT stars, and digital influencers.

The tournament features multiple teams that progress through a league format followed by playoffs, with well-known faces from the television and digital entertainment world participating.
