This initiative aims to provide timely support and clear answers to students’ queries during their exam preparation.
Helpline Services for Students
To ensure smooth communication and problem resolution, the UP Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh has launched a dedicated help desk service. This facility will address various concerns related not only to the written examinations but also other exam-related issues. Students can reach out to the board headquarters in Prayagraj as well as regional offices across Meerut, Bareilly, Varanasi, and Gorakhpur for assistance.

– Assistance with UP Board Admit Card 2026 issues, including corrections and exam centre details.
The UP Board Intermediate practical exams for 2026 are scheduled between January 24 and February 1. A special helpline for these practical exams will be launched shortly, focusing on science subjects. This service will be available for one day at the Joint Director of Educationโs divisional office to provide targeted assistance to students.
