Udaipur, 30 December 2025: Due to dense fog in Delhi, three flights operating between Udaipur’s Maharana Pratap Airport and Delhi were cancelled on Monday. Additionally, one flight from Indore was also cancelled citing operational reasons.
According to the airport administration, the decision to cancel flights was taken considering safety concerns caused by poor visibility in Delhi. The sudden cancellations caused inconvenience to passengers, especially those with connecting flights. Some passengers also faced difficulties with alternate flight arrangements and refund processes.
The airport authorities have urged travellers to confirm their flight status before commencing their journey. The meteorological department has forecast that dense fog conditions may persist in the mornings in the coming days, potentially affecting flight operations.
The Delhi-bound flights cancelled due to fog were:
Flight numbers 6E 6765/6123 (Delhi-Udaipur-Delhi) scheduled at 9:50 AM
Flight numbers 6E 6855/6842 (Delhi-Udaipur-Delhi) scheduled at 1:05 PM
Flight numbers IX 1737/1738 (Delhi-Udaipur-Delhi) scheduled at 8:55 AM
Additionally, flight number 6E 7424/7438 (Indore-Udaipur-Indore) scheduled at 2:50 PM was cancelled for operational reasons.
