Tiger Shroff Shooting Incident: Injured Driver Provides Details of Attackers

Bollywood star Tiger Shroff was targeted in a shooting incident in Mumbai, leaving his driver injured and police investigating the attackers.

Mumbai, October 19 (Daily Kiran) : Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff was the target of a shooting incident in Mumbai, which has led to the registration of an FIR against three unidentified individuals. The FIR includes descriptions of the attackers, and police are currently working to identify and apprehend them. Reports suggest that the assailants conducted reconnaissance before the attack.

According to the FIR, on Sunday at 7 PM, Shroff was driving to play football when two unknown gunmen opened fire on his vehicle. His caretaker and driver, 47-year-old Firdaus Ibrahim Baloch, sustained injuries during the shooting. Another bystander was also shot.

Firdaus, who has served as Shroff’s caretaker for 28 years and occasionally drives for him, reported that they had been at the M.M. Matrix Gym in Santa Cruz West before heading to the Jamnabai Nursery International School ground in Vile Parle West for a football game. As they were leaving the school grounds, their car was targeted while making a left turn.

The attackers, described as being between 20 and 25 years old, fired shots from both the front and left sides of the vehicle. The sudden gunfire caused panic in the area, prompting people nearby to flee. The assailants aimed to kill Shroff and Firdaus, shooting multiple rounds before escaping the scene.

The FIR also details the vehicle used by the attackers, and police are investigating the roles of both the assailants and any accomplices. Firdaus suffered a gunshot wound to his left wrist, resulting in a serious injury, while his right ring finger was reported to be fractured.

Following the incident, Shroff took control of the driver’s seat and drove the injured Firdaus to the Santa Cruz police station. They were then transported to Nanavati Hospital for medical treatment.

Authorities have confirmed that Shroff sustained injuries to his chest and right arm, but he was not shot. A third individual, who was also in the vicinity, was treated for a gunshot wound to the chest at Cooper Hospital. The FIR includes detailed descriptions of the attackers’ clothing and physical features. The first suspect is described as lean, approximately 5.5 to 6 feet tall, wearing a white long-sleeve shirt, black pants, and white shoes.

The second attacker shares a similar age range and physical description, wearing a black cap with a white logo, a light blue long-sleeve shirt, black pants, and white shoes. A third suspect, who was on a motorcycle and allegedly assisted the attackers, wore a chocolate-colored long-sleeve shirt with a white stripe on the chest, khaki pants, and black-and-white shoes.

It is believed that the assailants scouted the area before the attack, waiting near Pushpa Park for about 45 minutes. After the shooting, they fled to the Andheri West railway station, leaving their motorcycle in a location likely to avoid CCTV surveillance. Police suspect they may have headed towards Surat.
