Greater Noida, September 24 (Daily Kiran) : A tragic bus fire on the Yamuna Expressway late on September 23 has led to the arrest of three individuals, including two drivers and a conductor. The incident resulted in the deaths of nine people, prompting a swift response from the Jewar police.
The arrests occurred on September 24, as police apprehended the suspects who had fled the scene. The two drivers were identified as Pawan, a resident of Kanpatia Pur, and Yogesh Dixit, from Pindarathu village, both in Kanpur Dehat. The conductor, Rohit Kumar, also hails from Akbarpur in Kanpur Dehat.
According to police reports, the bus was traveling from Kashmiri Gate in New Delhi to Mahoba district when the fire broke out. The vehicle was operated by Raj Kalpana Travels, registered in Bihar.
