Selected Works on Xi Jinpings Cultural Writings Published in Two Volumes

Beijing, August 27: Recently, the Central Party Literature Press has published and distributed two volumes of “Selected Works on Xi Jinping’s Cultural Writings,” edited by the CPC Central Committee’s Party History and Literature Institute.

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC held in November 2012, under the leadership of Comrade Xi Jinping, the CPC Central Committee has consistently emphasized the importance of cultural development in governance, considering the overall development of the party and the country.

During this period, numerous new ideas, perspectives, and conclusions regarding cultural development have emerged. These ideas systematically address the crucial question of how to maintain and develop a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.

In this process, Xi Jinping’s cultural thoughts have been formulated. The two volumes of “Selected Works on Xi Jinping’s Cultural Writings” compile significant and foundational writings related to cultural development from November 2012 to February 2026 in chronological order.

The two volumes include a total of 78 reports, speeches, lectures, letters, and directives, with some works published for the first time. Volume 1 contains 27 works from November 2012 to December 2016, while Volume 2 includes 51 works from October 2017 to February 2026.
