Sanjay Nirupam Accuses CJP of Creating Chaos Under the Guise of Tricolor Rally

Sanjay Nirupam claims the CJPs tricolor rally is a facade for chaos, criticizing opposition leaders for inciting unrest.

Mumbai, October 17 (Daily Kiran) : Shiv Sena spokesperson Sanjay Nirupam has accused the Citizens for Justice and Peace (CJP) and leftist parties of using their recent tricolor rally as a pretext to spread chaos in the country. He pointed out that CJP founder Abhijit Dipeke had previously assured the court that he would not engage in any activities that could disturb public peace.

Nirupam also criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for allegedly making baseless accusations against constitutional institutions, claiming that Gandhi is attempting to create disorder in the streets. “Our party’s chief leader and Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde is right in saying that even while holding the responsible position of Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi is trying to create chaos in Delhi every day,” he stated.

According to Nirupam, the announcement of the tricolor rally by the CJP and leftist leaders is merely a tactic to incite unrest and undermine law and order. He expressed concern that they are organizing protests under various names each day. He reminded that Dipeke had committed to the court not to engage in any disruptive activities for a year.

Nirupam described the call for waving the national flag in Connaught Place, Delhi, as a mere excuse, suggesting that it was an intention to create disturbances under the guise of patriotism. He commended the Delhi police for taking action against such provocations. “Anyone attempting to instigate chaos in the country, which is progressing steadily, should face consequences. While everyone has the right to engage in politics, efforts to disrupt the nation’s progress will not be tolerated,” he asserted.

Shiv Sena leaders Raju Waghmare and Manisha Kayande echoed Nirupam’s sentiments, stating that the opposition has developed a habit of taking to the streets for every issue. Waghmare remarked that Gandhi’s frequent protests undermine the dignity expected from a leader of the opposition. “What does he aim to show the public by constantly shouting on the streets?” he questioned.

Kayande added that the true motives behind the opposition’s movements are becoming evident. Initially focused on injustices faced by NEET students, the narrative has shifted to allegations of EVM tampering and vote theft. She noted that the public is beginning to question the CJP’s hidden agenda, as evidenced by the sparse turnout at their recent protests, where even fifty attendees were not present.

The ongoing tensions highlight the deepening political divide in the region, as both sides prepare for what is expected to be a contentious political landscape ahead.
