Samsung Launches 2026 Micro RGB TV Series Featuring Sizes from 55 to 115 Inches

New Delhi, April 20: Samsung has introduced its 2026 Micro RGB TV lineup in the United States, featuring two new series, the R95H and R85H, as part of its premium offerings. This lineup includes a variety of sizes, ranging from 55 inches to an impressive 115 inches, providing consumers with more options based on their room dimensions.

This year’s standout feature is the innovative Micro RGB display technology. Unlike traditional backlighting, these TVs utilize thousands of tiny red, green, and blue LEDs that illuminate independently. This advancement minimizes color bleeding and enhances color accuracy. Samsung claims that the panels achieve full coverage of the BT.2020 color standard, a fact verified by VDE. Additionally, the R95H model incorporates a glare reduction layer, ensuring clear visuals even in well-lit environments.

At the heart of these TVs is the new Micro RGB AI Engine Pro processor. This processor optimizes picture quality in real-time, enhancing sharpness, color, and motion. Several supporting features are also included. The Micro RGB Color Booster Pro enhances scenes that may appear flat, while Micro RGB HDR Pro increases brightness and contrast. The AI Motion Enhancer Pro is designed to smooth out fast-moving visuals, such as sports and text. Furthermore, the TVs are compatible with HDR10+ Advanced for improved brightness control and seamless playback.

Samsung is also emphasizing gaming performance with these models. The R95H supports a refresh rate of up to 165Hz, while the R85H reaches up to 144Hz, both engineered to minimize motion blur and lag during gameplay.

On the audio front, the TVs support Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound, which aligns audio with on-screen action. They also feature Q-Symphony support, allowing synchronization of up to five Samsung audio devices.

The design remains sleek and minimalistic. The R95H includes Wireless One Connect, offering users the choice to manage cables or opt for a wireless setup. Both models can be wall-mounted using a Slim Fit bracket and provide access to the Samsung Art Store, which boasts over 5,000 artworks along with a rotating selection available for free.

These TVs operate on Samsung’s updated One UI Tizen platform, which features Samsung TV Plus with over 2,700 free streaming options and a Gaming Hub for cloud gaming. Samsung has committed to providing up to seven years of updates for the platform.

Pricing & Availability

Pricing begins at $1,599.99 for the 55-inch R85H and escalates to $6,499.99 for the 85-inch R95H. The 115-inch MR95F carry-over model is priced at $29,999.99, with a 100-inch version anticipated later this year.
