Mumbai, March 4: The festival of Holi, symbolizing colors and joy, brought a special vibrancy to the film industry. Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu celebrated Holi on the set of her upcoming film ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’. She shared this fun-filled moment on social media.
Samantha posted a lively video on her Instagram account. In the video, she first aims her water gun and then, in a cinematic style, sprays colors. Her excitement is clearly visible on her face.
The video shows Samantha receiving a playful response in the form of water balloons. The cast and crew fully embraced the Holi celebrations, with Samantha seen playing Holi alongside director BV Nandini Reddy. Everyone enjoyed the festival amidst the shooting.
In her post, Samantha wished her fans a happy Holi, affectionately addressing them as ‘Bangaralu’ while hinting at the film’s release date. She wrote in the caption, “Dhiskiyau… Happy Holi Bangaralu… Fun moments from the set of ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’… The film releases on May 15.”
Fans are already excited about ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’. Recently, the makers released a teaser for the film. The 1 minute and 47-second teaser begins with Samantha’s character arriving at her in-laws’ house with her husband. She is confident that she will win everyone’s heart within a week.
Samantha attempts to be the ideal daughter-in-law, appearing innocent and calm in front of her in-laws. However, she is also seen fighting off goons alone. The teaser showcases her shooting and later disposing of bodies to conceal the bloodshed.
