New Delhi, March 19: A great opportunity has emerged for young individuals aspiring to become managers in a government company. India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) has officially announced the recruitment for a total of 37 positions, including Assistant Manager and Manager roles.
The online application process for these positions commenced on Wednesday, with the deadline set for April 10. Eligible candidates interested in applying can submit their registration forms on the official website within this timeframe.
IIFCL is looking to fill 33 positions for Assistant Manager, Grade A, and 4 positions for Manager, Grade B. Candidates applying for these roles must possess a relevant degree such as BE/BTech, LLB, CA/CS/CMA, MBA, or a postgraduate degree from a recognized institution or university. Additionally, candidates should have a diploma in Engineering, Environment Management, Science, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or Economics, along with other specified eligibility criteria.
When applying, candidates must pay the application fee online according to their category. The fee is ₹600 for General/EWS/OBC candidates and ₹100 for SC/ST/PWD candidates. Note that the application will only be accepted after the payment of the application fee.
The minimum age for candidates is set at 21 years, while the maximum age varies between 30 to 40 years, depending on the position. This age calculation will be based on February 28, with age relaxation applicable for candidates from reserved categories.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a written examination, interview, and document verification. The starting salary for selected candidates will be ₹44,500 per month.

Register and log in, then fill in all the required information in the form. Upload all requested documents in the correct size, pay the application fee, and submit the form.
