Rajinikanth’s ‘Coolie’ Dominates Box Office, Surpasses ‘War 2’ in Collections

Chennai, (Kiran News): South superstar Rajinikanth’s film ‘Coolie’, released on 14 August alongside Hrithik Roshan’s ‘War 2’, continues its strong hold at the box office. Both films made an impressive start, but in terms of earnings, ‘Coolie’ is still ahead of ‘War 2’. The film’s business is rapidly approaching the Rs 200 crore mark, and now the collection figures for the fourth day have come in.

According to box office tracker Sacnilk, ‘Coolie’ earned around Rs 35 crore on its fourth day, Sunday. With this, the film’s total box office collection has reached Rs 194.25 crore. On its opening day, the film made a sensational collection of Rs 65 crore. The second day saw earnings drop to Rs 54.75 crore, while the third day the film managed to collect Rs 39.5 crore.

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, this is his first collaboration with Rajinikanth. In the film, Rajinikanth appears as Deva. Thalaiva’s powerful action and unique style have once again captivated audiences. The film features stars like Nagarjuna Akkineni, Shruti Haasan, Soubin Shahir, Upendra, Sathyaraj, and Rachita Ram in key roles. Special cameos by Aamir Khan and Pooja Hegde add to the film’s appeal.
