Rajasthan to Host SI Recruitment Exam in Sikar on April 5-6

Sikar, April 4: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) is set to conduct the SI competitive examination for 2025 on April 5 and 6. This will take place across 37 examination centers in Sikar district, with two shifts each day. The district administration has completed all necessary preparations for the exam. On Saturday, Additional District Collector and Exam Coordinator Ratan Kumar Swami inspected the arrangements at Sikar SK College and other centers, providing essential directives to officials.

Swami confirmed that the SI competitive exam will be held in two shifts on April 5 at 37 centers in Sikar. Of these, 24 centers are located in government institutions, while 13 are in private institutions.

Government teachers have been assigned duties at all examination centers. The first shift will run from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by the second shift until 5:00 PM. A total of 24,000 candidates are registered in Sikar, with 12,000 expected to appear for each shift.

To ensure smooth conduct of the exam, seven flying squads have been formed for inspection and monitoring. Additionally, 16 sub-coordinators and two observers at private institutions will oversee the process. For security, each center will have two police officers, one male and one female. If the number of candidates increases, more police personnel will be deployed. Each center will also have two videographers to document the proceedings.

Swami urged candidates to arrive at the examination centers at least one hour before the exam starts to avoid any issues. Entry will only be permitted up to one hour prior to the exam, and latecomers will not be allowed inside under any circumstances.

He reminded candidates to adhere to the dress code and refrain from using any unfair means, as the state government is taking this matter seriously. Comprehensive security measures have been established, and the Special Operations Group (SOG) will keep a close watch.

During the inspection, several officials and staff members related to the examination were present.
