Preity Zinta Shares Snow Girl Moment, Reminisces Childhood in Shimla

Mumbai: With a sharp drop in temperatures and heavy snowfall in the hill regions, many are enjoying the winter chill. Actress Preity Zinta recently shared a joyful moment from this season, posting a picture with a snow girl.

Originally from Shimla, Preity now resides abroad with her husband and family after marriage. On Tuesday, she posted an Instagram photo standing beside a snow girl made of snow. Dressed warmly, she smiled brightly, her dimples winning hearts.

Preity wrote, “I have made snowmen many times before, but this time, because of the children, we made a snow girl. She even has a beautiful snow skirt. Seeing this reminded me of my childhood days in Shimla, when everything was covered in snow. Time truly flies fast, and life comes full circle, bringing us back to the same place.”

Fans have admired Preity’s candid and cheerful post, expressing their appreciation in the comments.

Coming from an army family, Preity’s father was an officer in the Indian Army. Sadly, he passed away in a car accident when she was just 13. During the accident, her mother was seriously injured and remained bedridden for two years.

In early 2016, Preity Zinta married American citizen Gene Goodenough. The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Los Angeles on 29 February. The actress now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their two children.

Preity’s last appearance on the big screen was in 2018, in the action-comedy film ‘Bhaiyyaji Superhitt’ directed by Neeraj Pathak.
