Poco X7 Pro Tops AnTuTu December 2025 Mid-Range Android Rankings

The Poco X7 Pro has emerged as the leader in AnTuTu’s December 2025 sub-flagship Android rankings, achieving an average score of 1,881,295 on the AnTuTu Benchmark V11. Powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400-Ultra processor, the device maintains its top position thanks to effective thermal management and consistent performance.

Following closely, the OnePlus Nord 4 secured the second spot with 1,643,432 points. It is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, making it the best Snapdragon-powered phone in this category, although it trails the Poco X7 Pro by approximately 238,000 points.

The third position was claimed by the Poco X6 Pro 5G, which scored 1,541,644 points using the older Dimensity 8300-Ultra processor. Despite relying on previous-generation hardware, it still delivers commendable performance.

The rankings remained largely stable throughout December. MediaTek dominates this segment with two of the top three places, as its Dimensity 8-series chips outperform Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processors in real-world scenarios. The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 is Qualcomm’s most powerful mid-range processor to date, launched in March 2024, with no direct successor yet available.

The sub-flagship market appears to be at a standstill, with little change expected until new hardware releases. MediaTek is set to launch its Dimensity 8500 processor soon, which recently achieved an impressive AnTuTu score exceeding 2.4 million points. Additionally, OPPO’s Reno 16 Pro Max, featuring the Dimensity 8450 chip, has debuted globally and is anticipated to rank mid-table in the upcoming benchmarks.

AnTuTu compiles its rankings based on data collected from devices used worldwide in everyday conditions, rather than controlled lab tests. This approach provides a realistic view of device performance, including only models with sufficient benchmark submissions and reporting scores from the most tested configurations.
