Passport Lok Adalat Scheduled in Ghaziabad for Quick Resolution of Pending Applications

Ghaziabad, April 21: The Regional Passport Office is set to hold a special initiative called the ‘Passport Lok Adalat’ on April 23. This event aims to expedite the resolution of pending passport applications for individuals facing delays.

The Lok Adalat will take place from 3 PM to 5 PM in Room 320 of the Regional Passport Office in Ghaziabad. Regional Passport Officers will be present to engage directly with applicants, listen to their concerns, and strive to provide on-the-spot solutions.

According to officials, this initiative is being implemented under the guidelines of the Ministry of External Affairs to offer prompt relief to citizens encountering difficulties with passport services. The Lok Adalat will prioritize cases that have been pending for an extended period or those delayed due to technical or documentation issues. However, due to time constraints, only 50 applicants’ files will be processed during this session. Interested applicants are advised to arrive early to take advantage of this opportunity. They are also instructed to bring original and photocopies of all necessary documents to avoid any disruptions in the process.

This initiative could be highly beneficial for those who have been waiting for resolutions to their passport-related issues for a long time. The efforts made by the Regional Passport Office will not only strengthen communication between the administration and citizens but also enhance transparency and effectiveness in service delivery.
