Mumbai, April 15: Oppo has unveiled its refreshed F-series in India with the launch of the Oppo F33 and Oppo F33 Pro. Both smartphones share many specifications, with key differences primarily in camera capabilities and design aesthetics.
The standard Oppo F33 features a rectangular camera module on the back, resembling last year’s model. In contrast, the F33 Pro showcases a larger camera plateau and a distinct visual identity, drawing some inspiration from recent iPhone designs.
Color options for the standard model include Pearl White and Forest Green, while the F33 Pro is available in Starry Blue, Passion Red, and Misty Forest. The latter variant boasts a forest-like pattern on the back and a layered 3D depth effect that creates a dynamic appearance under light.
Both models come with multiple protection ratings, including MIL-STD-810H certification and IP66, IP68, and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings. Notably, the Pro model also supports IP69K.
Oppo F33 and F33 Pro Specifications
Both devices feature a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1,400 nits. They are powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max chip, built on a 6nm process, and can be configured with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The Pro variant includes a vapor chamber cooling system to enhance sustained performance.
Both models are equipped with a robust 7,000mAh battery and support 80W fast charging. Additional features include reverse wired charging and bypass charging.
In terms of photography, both smartphones utilize a 50MP primary sensor paired with a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera differs: the F33 has a 16MP selfie camera, while the Pro upgrades to a 50MP ultra-wide sensor that can automatically adjust framing for group shots.
The devices run on Android 16 with ColorOS 16 on top.
Pricing and Availability
The Oppo F33 starts at Rs 31,999 for the base variant, while the F33 Pro is priced from Rs 37,999. Both smartphones are available for pre-order through Amazon, Flipkart, Oppo’s online store, and various offline retail outlets. Launch offers include cashback, exchange bonuses, and EMI options.
