Om Prakash Rajbhar Predicts Major Setback for SP in Upcoming Rally

Om Prakash Rajbhar claims the SP will face a significant blow during the November 29 rally in Azamgarh, challenging their political stronghold.

Azamgarh, October 20 (Daily Kiran) : Minister and president of the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP), Om Prakash Rajbhar, has launched a direct attack on Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav. He stated that the upcoming social harmony rally, set for November 29 at the ITI ground in Azamgarh, will challenge the SP’s traditional stronghold.

In an interview, Rajbhar expressed confidence that this rally would deliver a significant blow to the SP’s political influence in the region. He asserted that the event would dispel any illusions about the SP’s dominance, declaring that attendees would be surprised at how far the party has fallen.

The SBSP is organizing a large-scale ‘Social Harmony Rally’ at the ITI ground in Azamgarh on November 29. Rajbhar questioned Akhilesh Yadav’s efforts to prepare a manifesto for the upcoming assembly elections, suggesting that regardless of any announcements, the SP would not regain power in the state.

He criticized the SP’s previous governance, citing incidents of riots and lawlessness that left the public disillusioned. Rajbhar noted that under Yadav’s leadership, the party has failed to win the trust of the electorate, which has contributed to their extended absence from power.

Rajbhar further claimed there would be little difference between the SP’s past manifestos and the one for the 2027 assembly elections, asserting that voters are no longer easily swayed by the party’s promises.

He also took aim at Yadav’s proposal to meet with Azam Khan at Rampur Jail on October 22, suggesting that this was a desperate attempt to reconnect with Muslim voters who have become estranged from the SP. Rajbhar attributed Khan’s legal troubles to the SP leadership and noted that the rising popularity of Asaduddin Owaisi and increased political awareness within the Muslim community are forcing Yadav to rethink his strategies.

Rajbhar concluded that the recent events in Kannauj indicate that the public is beginning to reject Akhilesh Yadav, a trend that is likely to impact the 2027 assembly elections.
