Odisha Resident Enjoys Reduced Electricity Bills Thanks to PM Solar Home Scheme

Kendujhar, October 16 (Daily Kiran) : The Prime Minister’s Solar Home Scheme is providing significant relief to residents in Odisha by subsidizing rooftop solar systems for households. Vijay Kumar Mishra, a resident of Kendujhar, recently installed solar panels at his home under this initiative.
Mishra reported that since the installation, his electricity bill has nearly vanished. In an exclusive interview, he explained that before adopting the solar system, he faced high electricity costs that caused considerable stress. However, with the solar panels now in place, his bills have dropped dramatically, easing the financial burden on his household.
He also shared that power outages used to disrupt his daily activities and create challenges during emergencies. With the solar system operational, Mishra has experienced fewer electricity-related issues, allowing him to manage his daily tasks more efficiently.
Grateful for the benefits of the scheme, Mishra expressed his appreciation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He hopes that Modi will continue in office for many more years to come.
