NPCIL Recruitment 2026: Applications Open for 12 Positions Including Manager Roles
NPCIL has announced 12 vacancies including managerial positions. Applications are open until November 22, 2026.
New Delhi, November 2 (Daily Kiran) : The National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC) has announced openings for 12 positions, including managerial roles, as part of its recruitment drive. The official notification was released on November 1, 2026, on the NPCC website.
The available positions include one General Manager (HR), one Manager (Finance), two Managers (HR), two Managers (IT), one Manager (Rajbhasha), four Deputy Managers (Finance), and one Deputy Manager (Law).
The application process began at 10 AM on November 1 and will close on November 22. Interested candidates are encouraged to complete their registrations on the NPCC official website before the deadline.
Candidates applying for the General Manager (HR) and Manager (HR) positions must hold an MBA or post-graduate degree/diploma in HR or Personnel Management from a recognized institution. For the Manager (Finance) and Deputy Manager (Finance) roles, a CA/CMA/MBA in Finance is required. The Manager (IT) position requires a BE in Computer Science/IT or an MCA, while candidates for the Manager (Rajbhasha) role should possess a Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level. Additionally, the Deputy Manager (Law) position requires a graduate degree in law.
Applicants must also have relevant work experience ranging from three to 18 years, depending on the position. The maximum age limit varies between 30 and 50 years, calculated as of September 30, 2026. Age relaxations are applicable for candidates from reserved categories.
Selection will be based on application scrutiny, personal interviews, and document verification. The monthly salary for selected candidates will range from ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 for Deputy Managers, ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000 for Managers, and ₹90,000 to ₹2,40,000 for General Managers. Additional benefits and allowances will also be provided.
Candidates must pay the application fee online, which is set at ₹1,000 for general and OBC applicants. SC/ST/PWD/EWS/ex-servicemen candidates will receive a fee waiver.
