Nitish Kumar to Oversee Bihars Development from Delhi, Says Satish Chandra Dubey

New Delhi, March 8: Union Minister of State Satish Chandra Dubey has stated that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will continue to oversee Bihar’s development projects while serving in the Rajya Sabha. Although he will be in Delhi, his focus remains on the progress of Bihar.

In a conversation with a news agency in New Delhi, Dubey praised Kumar’s tenure, emphasizing that there is no farewell in politics. He noted that Kumar has transformed Bihar’s image, pulling it out of the era labeled as ‘jungle raj’ and establishing a government of good governance. Dubey remarked that the appreciation for Kumar’s work is never enough.

He highlighted Kumar’s commitment to justice in Bihar, noting significant development during his tenure. A key aspect of his leadership has been his ability to unite all communities, making his contribution to a developed Bihar commendable.

Dubey stated that whenever the topic of Bihar’s development arises, Kumar’s name is invariably mentioned. He has consistently focused on the development of all sections of society without discrimination. This dedication is why the people of Bihar continue to elect him as their Chief Minister. Recently, Kumar decided to enter the Rajya Sabha and has submitted his nomination papers. Dubey urged respect for his decision, affirming that Kumar will contribute to Bihar’s development even from Delhi.

Regarding the protests by West Bengal’s Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee over the SIR issue, Dubey commented that Banerjee’s power is waning, prompting her to create confusion and drama. He asserted that the Election Commission is a constitutional body that operates impartially, and the TMC government is merely looking for excuses. The public has made up its mind that the lotus will bloom in Bengal.
