New Delhi, March 17: BJP National President Nitin Naveen arrived in New Delhi on Tuesday after winning the Rajya Sabha elections. He was warmly welcomed at the airport by Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva and Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. MPs Manoj Tiwari and Bansuri Swaraj were also present to greet him, while party workers raised slogans in his honor.
MP Manoj Tiwari congratulated Nitin Naveen on his election to the Rajya Sabha. He highlighted the BJP’s success in Bihar, stating, “We won all five seats, despite concerns about the fifth seat being at risk. The legislators voted with their conscience, and we secured that seat as well. This is Nitin Naveen’s first visit to Delhi as a Rajya Sabha member, so we wanted to celebrate his arrival.”
Bansuri Swaraj also extended her congratulations to Nitin Naveen, expressing her heartfelt appreciation for the people of Bihar. She attributed the victory to the immense faith in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s development policies and criticized Rahul Gandhi, stating that his party workers are disillusioned with him.
On Monday, Nitin Naveen expressed his happiness over the National Democratic Alliance’s (NDA) impressive performance in the Rajya Sabha elections and congratulated all NDA workers for their efforts. He stated that the people of Bihar are ready to move forward under the NDA’s leadership.
Nitin Naveen emphasized that the NDA stands firmly with the people of Bihar. “Until now, I spoke in the assembly; now I will bring the issues of this region to the upper house,” he said. He noted that this victory is not only a testament to their unity but also a precursor to the NDA’s success in the upcoming elections in five states.
