Nikita Porwal Supports Womens Empowerment Bill, Advocates for Strengthening Womens Rights

Ahmedabad, April 14: Nikita Porwal, crowned Femina Miss India World 2024, has expressed her support for the Women’s Empowerment Bill. She spoke during a shopping film festival in Ahmedabad on Tuesday.

During the conversation, she described the bill as a positive and essential step for the nation. Nikita stated, “I believe we live in a country where women are revered. They have always held a special and respectful place in society. Therefore, discussing this bill in Parliament is a commendable initiative. I wish everyone involved the best and hope for widespread support.”

She further emphasized, “This bill will empower many women. I am confident that the outcomes will be very positive and rewarding.”

The actress also mentioned an upcoming event in Bhubaneswar on April 18. She noted that winners from 30 states across the country have arrived in Vadodara. Nikita said, “There is a grand preparation underway here. A major event is scheduled for the 18th. I urge everyone to uplift these winners, support them, and recognize their hard work. I will crown the winner here, who will represent Miss Femina moving forward.”

She extended heartfelt wishes for the Odia New Year, saying, “On behalf of Miss Femina and myself, I wish everyone a very happy Odia New Year. I hope this new year brings progress, prosperity, and abundant happiness to all.”

Nikita expressed her joy at returning to Gujarat, referring to it as her second home. In her conversation, she shared, “I was born in Ujjain, but I found my true art and identity in Gujarat. I learned my craft in Vadodara and graduated in Theatre from Maharaja Sayajirao University. I always feel immense joy when I come to Gujarat.”
