Mary Millben Accuses George Soros of Funding Protests in India
Singer Mary Millben claims billionaire George Soros is funding protests in India, criticizing local leaders for their actions.

Washington, October 16 (Daily Kiran) : American singer Mary Millben has accused billionaire businessman George Soros of financing ongoing protests in India. In a video message directed at Indian youth, she also criticized Abhijit Dipke, the founder of the Cockroach People’s Party (CJP).
Millben stated that she has been frequently asked who is behind the funding of the protests in India. In response, she identified Soros, saying, “It is the same person or group that funds many protests around the world, especially when a conservative leader is in power. His name is George Soros. People connected to his network have funded protests and unrest in various parts of the world.”
She asserted that this is not a hidden fact. Millben claimed that Dipke had publicly stated on social media that he receives financial support from Soros, although she did not provide any evidence to back this claim.
This statement follows her earlier post on X, where she mentioned that the CJP is receiving funding from select donors in the United States, but did not name any individuals or organizations at that time.
Addressing Dipke directly, Millben said, “Dipke, I am speaking to you directly. You have the ability to connect people and express your views. If you use this talent for positive purposes, you can become a significant force in India.”
She urged him to engage constructively with the Prime Minister and the country’s leadership. “When this wave of protests ends, people will not remember you,” she warned.
Millben also referenced Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, stating that neither he nor Dipke demonstrates a willingness to work collaboratively with the government. According to her, “Rahul Gandhi and Dipke are promoting protests instead of unity in the country. They are not offering any solid solutions.”
She expressed that the ongoing protests in India do not seem to be based on concrete issues. Millben compared these protests to movements in the United States, such as Antifa and Black Lives Matter, as well as campaigns against the removal of certain historical monuments.
In contrast, she praised Martin Luther King Jr. for leading peaceful movements that resulted in significant changes, such as civil rights and voting rights legislation in the U.S. “King never sought to lead chaotic or violent movements. He knew precisely what changes were needed in America and protested peacefully,” she remarked.
Millben commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi, calling him one of the best leaders in the world. She highlighted his 25 years in public life, 12 years as Prime Minister, and three consecutive electoral victories as evidence of public trust in his leadership.
Rejecting allegations of electoral fraud, she stated, “This is not electoral cheating. It shows the strength of public trust in that leader.” Millben predicted that Modi would not be removed from office and would likely be re-elected in 2029. She claimed that the current opposition movement would not last long.
