Major Fire Erupts at Noida Factory, Investigation Underway

Noida, April 20: A significant fire broke out at a factory in the industrial area of Sector 6, Noida, on Monday, causing widespread panic. The incident occurred at companies E-69 and E-70, located within the jurisdiction of the Phase-1 police station.

Initial reports indicate that the cause of the fire remains unclear, and it is currently believed to have ignited due to unknown reasons. Upon receiving the alert, local police and fire brigade teams promptly arrived at the scene. Four fire department vehicles were deployed to extinguish the flames, and rescue operations commenced swiftly.

The flames rose high, creating a chaotic atmosphere in the surrounding area. Fortunately, the timely arrival of the fire department teams has helped in controlling the situation. Police officials confirmed that no individuals were trapped inside the factory, alleviating concerns about potential casualties.

However, given the intensity of the fire, significant damage to the factory’s contents is anticipated. Nearby facilities have been alerted to prevent the fire from spreading further. Local authorities have cordoned off the area for safety reasons, temporarily restricting public access. Relevant departments have been instructed to investigate the cause of the fire.

Preliminary investigations have not ruled out the possibility of a short circuit or technical malfunction, although confirmation will await the investigation report. Meanwhile, fire department teams are continuously working to bring the blaze under control. The administration is monitoring the situation closely, and a thorough investigation into the incident is underway.
