Maharashtra Board 10th Results Announced: 92.09% Pass Rate, Girls Lead with 94.96%

Mumbai, May 8: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) announced the results for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations on Friday. This year, 92.09% of students successfully passed the Maharashtra Board 10th exam, with a total of 179 students achieving a perfect score of 100%. Students who appeared for the exam can check their results on the official board website or through the DigiLocker app.

According to the results released by the Maharashtra Board, only 4.71% of students scored above 90%. Girls excelled again this year, achieving a pass percentage of 94.96%, while boys recorded a pass rate of 89.56%.

To check the Maharashtra SSC 10th exam results, candidates should first visit the official MSBSHSE website. After reaching the homepage, click on the link labeled ‘SSC Exam Results February 2026’. A new page will open where students need to enter their seat number and mother’s first name. The results will then be displayed on the screen. After checking the results, students should download their mark sheets and print them for future reference.

The Maharashtra SSC 10th board examinations were conducted from February 20 to May 18 across more than 5,000 centers statewide, with over 1.5 million students participating. In comparison, last year’s Maharashtra SSC results were announced on May 13, involving nearly 1.6 million students.

The passing percentage for the Maharashtra Board last year was better than this year’s figures. In the previous year, 93.04% of students passed the 10th exam. In 2024, the 10th results were released on May 27, with a success rate of 95.81%. In 2023, the Maharashtra SSC results were declared on June 2, with 93.83% of students passing.
