Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav Invites Global Investors at AIM Congress 2026

Bhopal, September 7 (Daily Kiran) : Chief Minister Mohan Yadav of Madhya Pradesh extended an invitation to global investors on September 7, 2026, encouraging them to invest in the state. Speaking at the Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) Congress 2026 held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Yadav highlighted Madhya Pradesh’s strategic position as a rapidly emerging industrial hub within India’s vast domestic market.

He emphasized the state’s excellent connectivity, developed industrial base, and investor-friendly policies. Yadav assured potential investors of comprehensive administrative support at every level. He stated that the state government would stand shoulder to shoulder with them, ensuring that their proposals would not face bureaucratic delays.

While congratulating the AIM Congress organizers, Yadav noted that the platform has evolved beyond traditional investment summits, becoming an essential venue for global innovation, economic partnerships, and new opportunities. He pointed out that changing geopolitical dynamics, supply chain adjustments, and a focus on artificial intelligence and green growth are reshaping investment trends. This makes the event’s theme, “New Investment Pathways for Global Prosperity Towards a Sustainable and Inclusive Future,” particularly relevant.

Yadav remarked on the unprecedented heights of India-UAE relations, attributing this to the deep trust established between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the UAE leadership. He referenced the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) implemented in 2022, which has opened new avenues for trade, investment, logistics, and digital collaboration.

Bilateral trade between the two nations has already surpassed $100 billion, with a target of reaching $200 billion by 2032. The Chief Minister expressed confidence that Madhya Pradesh would play a crucial role in achieving this goal.

He invited UAE and other international investors to explore opportunities in various sectors, including food processing and agribusiness, textiles and garments, pharmaceuticals, engineering and manufacturing, logistics and warehousing, renewable energy, digital infrastructure, data centers, and future technologies.

Highlighting the state’s agricultural strengths, Yadav noted that Madhya Pradesh is a leading producer of soybeans, wheat, pulses, corn, and spices, offering significant potential in food processing. As the UAE imports a large portion of its food needs, Madhya Pradesh can emerge as a reliable and long-term supply partner for the Gulf region.

Connecting the state’s agricultural produce to markets like Dubai can enhance farmers’ incomes and create investment opportunities in cold chain logistics, grading, storage, and processing.
