Law Ministry Organizes Bicycle Rally Under Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign

New Delhi, August 14: Ahead of Independence Day 2026, the Ministry of Law and Justice organized a bicycle rally in Delhi to promote the central government’s ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. Arjun Ram Meghwal, the Union Minister of Law and Justice, participated in the event. During the rally, Minister Meghwal stated that the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ initiative, launched at the behest of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has now reached every corner of the country.

Meghwal remarked, “As we celebrate 75 years of our nation’s independence, Prime Minister Modi initiated the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign. Now, the national flag can be seen flying in even the most remote areas of the country. We are witnessing the impact of this campaign during our Independence Day celebrations as well.”

He mentioned that this year, following the Prime Minister’s directives, the Ministry of Culture is coordinating the campaign, with every ministry participating in the flag-raising journey.

The minister highlighted that all three wings of the Law and Justice Ministry—the Legislative Department, Legal Affairs Department, and Justice Department—were present at the rally. He noted the attendance of the Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Director, and many others. Women, symbolizing maternal strength, who work in the ministry, are also joining the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign today.

He stated, “We are starting this journey from our office, and everyone will hoist the flag at their respective homes.”

Emphasizing the significance of the national flag, Meghwal said, “The tricolor is not just a flag for us. Its three colors teach us valuable lessons. The saffron color symbolizes valor, white represents peace, and green signifies prosperity.”

He also referred to the Ashoka Chakra, stating, “The Ashoka Chakra in the center has 24 spokes, reminding us that we must work 24/7. We cannot tire or stop. Our goal is to transform India into a developed nation.”
