Mumbai, October 16 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration gained nearly 1% in Wednesday’s trade after its wholly owned subsidiary, KRN HVAC Products, commenced commercial production at its new Bus AC Division in Alwar, Rajasthan. The stock was trading at Rs. 840.25, up 0.82%, compared to its previous close of Rs. 833.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 834.00 and touched a high of Rs. 845.00 and a low of Rs. 834.00 during the session. Around 3,165 shares were traded on the counter, with the company’s market capitalization standing at Rs. 5,236.38 crore.
The company informed that its subsidiary, KRN HVAC Products, has officially started commercial production and operations of its Bus AC Division at the Kolila Joga manufacturing plant in Alwar, Rajasthan, effective October 15, 2025. The new facility will focus on manufacturing heat exchangers and HVAC products, further strengthening KRN’s position in the Heat Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC&R) industry.
The promoters currently hold 70.79% of the company’s equity, while institutions and non-institutions own 11.67% and 17.54%, respectively.
KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration is engaged in producing fin and tube-type heat exchangers for the HVAC&R sector, catering to both domestic and global markets.
