
Mumbai, April 14: Just Dial Limited has reported a significant 36.6% year-on-year decline in its profit for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2026.
In an exchange filing, the company revealed that its net profit for Q4 FY2026 stood at ₹100 crore, down from ₹160 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year 2025.
Despite the drop in profit, Just Dial’s revenue increased by 6.2%, reaching ₹307.2 crore compared to ₹290 crore in the same period last year.
On an operational level, the company’s EBITDA rose by 3.2% to ₹88.8 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 28.9%.
The operating profit before tax was ₹76.1 crore, reflecting a 7.3% year-on-year increase. However, a sharp decline in ‘other income’ impacted the overall profit. This income fell by 55.2% year-on-year and 42.5% quarter-on-quarter, totaling ₹48.6 crore.
User engagement showed some weakness as well, with traffic decreasing by 4.7% to 182.4 million unique visitors, and a 1.2% decline quarter-on-quarter.
Mobile platforms continued to dominate, accounting for 85.7% of total traffic, followed by desktop at 11.5% and voice at 2.8%.
From a business perspective, the company continued to expand its database. As of March 31, 2026, active listings increased by 12.1% to 54.7 million, with over 1.87 million new listings added during the quarter.
Geocoded listings saw even faster growth, rising by 25.4% to 41 million.
The company’s balance sheet remained strong, with cash and investments increasing to ₹5,852.2 crore by the end of March, up from ₹5,278.6 crore a year earlier.
Deferred revenue remained stable at ₹555.4 crore.
Chief Growth Officer Shwetank Dixit stated that FY2026 was a crucial year for the company, focusing on enhancing the platform through artificial intelligence (AI)-based tools.
On the stock market, Just Dial’s shares closed at ₹572.35 on Monday, down by ₹8.95 or 1.54%. The company’s total market capitalization stands at ₹4,867.53 crore.
