Israel on High Alert Amid Iranian Attacks; Influencer Revital Moses Voices Concerns

Tel Aviv, March 22: Tensions are escalating in the Middle East as Iran launches a series of attacks on Israeli and American bases throughout the region. On Saturday, Iran targeted Israel’s nuclear facility, raising alarms across the nation. Indian-Israeli influencer Revital Moses expressed her deep concerns about the current situation, highlighting that people are living in constant fear amid sirens and uncertainty.

Moses stated, “I arrived in Israel in 2020, and it has been six years since then. Currently, the atmosphere in Israel is filled with fear and anxiety. Ordinary citizens are particularly terrified, as attacks could happen at any moment, and no one wants to live under such constant dread.”

She further explained, “We continue our lives amidst the sirens. Whether it’s grocery shopping, creating videos, working, or helping children with their studies, everything happens while the sirens blare. When missiles are falling, people try to stay indoors or near shelters, and if possible, they sleep in the shelters because attacks can occur at any hour, even at one or three in the morning.”

Amid the ongoing assaults, a wedding in Israel went viral on social media. Moses commented, “It was truly wonderful. The couple, who are very close friends of mine, decided against a traditional wedding and chose to celebrate even in minus four-degree temperatures.”

Iran has launched a significant missile attack on the southern cities of Israel, including Dimona, home to its nuclear facility, and Arad. Over 100 people were injured in these attacks, with 11 reported in critical condition. Israeli media noted that the Israeli air defense system failed to intercept at least two ballistic missiles during the onslaught.

Following the attacks, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir vowed to continue fighting against Israel’s enemies on all fronts.

According to the Times of Israel, among the seriously injured are a 12-year-old boy hit by shrapnel in Dimona and a 5-year-old girl injured in the subsequent attack in Arad. Iran conducted multiple strikes in the Dimona area on Saturday.

Iranian state media reported that these attacks were aimed at Israel’s nuclear research facility, located about 10 kilometers (6 miles) from Dimona and 30 kilometers (18.5 miles) from Arad. The U.S. and Israel have been actively working to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons, making the recent missile strikes on Israel’s nuclear sites appear as acts of retaliation from Iran.
