New Delhi, April 20: Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) has officially announced the recruitment process for various positions, including Manager and Deputy Manager. The online application process is now open, with the deadline set for March 24.
Eligible and interested candidates can submit their registration forms on the official website before the deadline.
IFFCO is looking to fill five positions: two Chief Manager/Senior Manager (Human Resources), one Manager/Deputy Manager (Human Resources), and two Officer/Assistant Manager (Human Resources).
Applicants must possess a five-year integrated MBA or a two-year full-time MBA or PGDM in Human Resources/Personnel Management from a recognized university accredited by UGC/AICTE. Additionally, candidates should have relevant post-qualification experience in human resources, proficiency in computers, and knowledge of both Hindi and English.
The minimum age for candidates is set between 22 to 32 years, while the maximum age ranges from 27 to 45 years, calculated as of April 1. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a computer-based online test, shortlisting, personal interview, medical examination, qualifications or experience, and document verification. The salary for selected candidates will align with IFFCO’s pay structure.
