Chandigarh, September 5 (Daily Kiran) : Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini conducted a review on Saturday regarding the upcoming ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan,’ which will take place from September 17 to October 17. This initiative marks the 25th anniversary of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public service.
During a state-level meeting, Saini discussed the preparations and programming for the campaign with various officials. He instructed them to identify projects inaugurated by Modi across all 23 districts of Haryana, ensuring special events are organized at these locations during the campaign.
On the evening of September 17, a ‘Diya of Blessings’ will be lit at every booth, visiting the homes of beneficiaries and the general public. The campaign aims to connect beneficiaries of Modi’s welfare schemes, showcasing their experiences as they light ‘diyas’ in their homes. District administrations are tasked with recording these events on video and sharing the footage widely on social media.
Saini emphasized the importance of hosting seminars at universities to educate the public about the developmental and welfare initiatives undertaken in the past 12 years under Modi’s leadership. Documentaries showcasing the nation’s development journey should be screened in public spaces, highlighting the positive changes in the lives of women involved in self-help groups.
Additionally, the Chief Minister called for the compilation of beneficiary lists for central government schemes in each district, ensuring no beneficiary is overlooked during the campaign. It is crucial to identify work done in village secretariats, gymnasiums, roads, expressways, and other significant development projects to effectively present these achievements to the public.
The campaign will kick off with the ‘Diya of Blessings’ event on the evening of September 17. Volunteers will visit homes to light a diya as a symbol of trust, gratitude towards the Prime Minister, and a commitment to a brighter future for the nation.
