
Bangkok, March 21: On March 20, the China Media Group (CMG) hosted a global dialogue titled “China in Spring: China’s Development and Global Opportunities” in Bangkok, Thailand. Shan Haixiong, Deputy Minister of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and Director-General of CMG, delivered a video address.
The event featured notable attendees, including Chinese Ambassador to Thailand, Yang Chienwei, Chair of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, Neela Yuvadi, and former Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, Phinij Jarusombat. Over 200 guests from the political, business, academic, and media sectors of both China and Thailand participated in the event.
In his video address, Shan Haixiong emphasized that as the world’s largest and most diverse international media group, CMG aims to leverage its world-class advantages in integrated media communication, technological innovation, and media resources. He expressed a commitment to sharing the achievements of Chinese modernization, presenting new opportunities for high-quality development, and collaboratively painting a new picture of human civilization.
