New Delhi, August 21: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is a dream workplace for many in the medical field. If you aspire to be part of this esteemed institution, AIIMS Delhi has announced several job openings on a contractual basis. They are looking to fill three positions for Project Scientist-I (Non-Medical) and two positions for Project Technical Support-III.
The application process has commenced online (via email), and the deadline to apply is set for September 2.
Eligible candidates who wish to apply for these positions are advised to send their updated CV along with all relevant documents in a single PDF file to the official email address mentioned in the notification by 4 PM on the final date.
Candidates applying for the Project Scientist-I (Non-Medical) role must possess a PhD in Biomedical/Electronics/Mechanical or a first-class M.Tech degree in the same fields, along with two years of experience. Alternatively, a PhD or M.Tech in AI/Computer Science/Electronics/Instrumentation/Biomedical with two years of experience is also acceptable. Candidates with a PhD in Neuroscience, Biomedical Sciences, or related life sciences subjects, along with an M.Tech/M.Sc and two years of experience, are also eligible.
For the Project Technical Support-III position, candidates should have a B.Tech in Mechanical/Electronics/Biomedical with three years of experience or an M.Tech in the same fields. Additionally, candidates must meet other eligibility criteria and skills as specified for both positions.
Selection of qualified candidates will be based on application screening, shortlisting, interviews, and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a salary of ₹56,000 for the Project Scientist-I (Non-Medical) position and ₹28,000 for the Project Technical Support-III roles. Other benefits and allowances will also be provided.
