The official notification from IPR indicates that there are 32 openings for graduates (degree holders) and 18 for technicians (diploma holders). The positions are distributed across various branches, including 7 in Computer Engineering, 7 in Civil Engineering, 10 in Electrical Engineering, 7 in Electronics and Communication, 10 in Mechanical Engineering, 4 in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, and 5 in General Stream (B.Com/B.A/B.B.A).
The online application process for these positions has commenced, with the deadline set for May 11. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their registration forms on the official website within the stipulated time frame.
Candidates must possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Computer, Civil, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering from a recognized institution or university. For diploma apprenticeships, candidates should hold a diploma in the relevant engineering fields. Additionally, candidates must meet other specified eligibility criteria and skill requirements.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on merit, followed by shortlisting and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹13,500, depending on the position.
To apply online, candidates must first register on the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) portal. They should visit the official NATs portal, complete the registration, and log in. After logging in, candidates need to fill in all required information in the application form and upload the necessary documents in the correct size.
