Enforcement Directorate Files Charges Against Ja Lifestyle India in Bengaluru
The Enforcement Directorate has filed a prosecution complaint against Ja Lifestyle India and its directors in Bengaluru for financial misconduct.

Bengaluru, October 14 (Daily Kiran) : The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has taken significant action in Bengaluru, filing a prosecution complaint against Ja Lifestyle India Private Limited and three of its directors in a special court under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). This move comes after an investigation initiated based on a First Information Report (FIR) lodged at the Magadi Road police station.
The ED’s inquiry revealed that Ja Lifestyle India had adopted a membership-based model to solicit funds from individuals. The company reached out to potential members through WhatsApp and other online communication channels, promoting its digital marketing and advertising programs. Interested individuals were provided with a link for free registration on the company’s web platform, where they were required to create login credentials. To obtain permanent membership and participate in the company’s earning program, members had to deposit ₹1,109 (including GST) into Ja Lifestyle India’s bank account.
Between December 6, 2020, and June 4, 2021, Ja Lifestyle India reportedly collected approximately ₹4.29 crore from individuals. Investigations further indicated that the promised earnings from advertisements were never provided. Instead, the funds raised were allegedly utilized for the personal expenses and benefits of the company’s directors.
Earlier in the investigation, on July 22, 2026, the ED issued a Provisional Attachment Order (PAO), leading to the seizure of ₹3,70,65,355 from Ja Lifestyle India’s bank accounts.
