CM Yogi Assures Effective Action on Public Issues During Gorakhpur Visit

Gorakhpur, March 26: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met with citizens during a public hearing at Gorakhnath Temple on Thursday morning. He listened to their grievances and directed officials to ensure prompt resolutions to all issues raised. The CM emphasized that complaints should be handled sensitively and resolved satisfactorily without any delays.

During the public hearing, Yogi reassured attendees, saying, “Do not worry. The government will take effective action on every issue you face.” He interacted with approximately 200 individuals, personally addressing their concerns and collecting their petitions. He provided necessary instructions to nearby officials for resolving these issues in a timely, fair, and satisfactory manner.

Regarding complaints about crime and land encroachments, he stated that strict action should be taken against anyone unlawfully occupying land. He stressed that those who displace the poor should not be spared, and the rights of the underprivileged to their property must be upheld. Family disputes were also brought to his attention, and he instructed that dialogue should occur between the parties involved, with legal action to follow if necessary.

As in previous sessions, some individuals sought financial assistance for medical treatment. The CM assured them that no one would be denied treatment due to lack of funds. He instructed officials to quickly prepare estimates for high-level medical care for those in need, promising immediate government funding upon receipt of the estimates. Some women brought their children, and the CM took time to bless them, offering chocolates as well.

During his stay at Gorakhnath Temple, CM Yogi followed his traditional routine. He began his day with worship at the temple and paid respects at the samadhi of his late guru, Mahant Avedyanath. Whenever he is at Gorakhnath Temple, cow service is an integral part of his routine. He visited the temple’s cow shelter, spending time there, petting the cows, and feeding them jaggery.
