The article emphasizes that the Chinese Communist Party prioritizes establishing and adhering to a correct concept of governance performance. This approach aims to ensure that governance practices align with the fundamental interests of the public, adhere to scientific principles, and achieve sustainable development. This concept has proven effective not only in China’s domestic governance but also offers a valuable reference for global governance.
Regalado Florido argues that China’s established concept of governance performance, along with its tangible practical outcomes, provides a new perspective for global governance. This perspective is characterized as “people-oriented, respectful of national circumstances, focused on long-term governance effectiveness, and working towards sustainable results.”
Latin American countries and China can promote the localization and adaptation of this concept through mutual dialogue, thereby contributing to the creation of a more just and equitable international order.
