The declaration states that both parties will maintain high-level exchanges, guided by the diplomacy of their heads of state. They aim to ensure efficient and smooth communication systems between governments, legislatures, and political parties.
Both nations will strengthen their traditional military friendship, enhance mutual trust in military areas, and improve cooperation mechanisms. They plan to expand joint exercises and maritime and aerial patrols, deepen coordination under bilateral and multilateral frameworks, and jointly address various threats and challenges to safeguard global and regional security and stability.
In recent years, both parties have highly valued their bilateral economic and trade cooperation. They will strengthen dialogue on relevant policies, enhance collaboration in key sectors, and explore new growth points. Additionally, they aim to boost trade in goods and services while firmly safeguarding the right to independent development of their economic and trade partnership.
The declaration reiterates their strong opposition to hegemonism, unilateralism, and the return of power politics in the world. Both countries are committed to upholding the reputation of the UN and ensuring its central role in international affairs.
