The game took a dramatic turn in the 38th minute when Chelsea’s Moises Caicedo received a straight red card for a tackle on Mikel Merino. Despite being reduced to 10 men, the Blues continued to play aggressively and maintained their attacking approach.

Chelsea’s persistence paid off just after half-time when Trevor Chalobah headed home from Reece James’ corner in the 48th minute to give his side the lead. The goal came against the run of play as Arsenal had been expected to capitalize on their numerical advantage.

Arsenal responded quickly and equalized in the 59th minute through Mikel Merino, who found the back of the net to level the score at 1-1. This proved to be the final goal of the match as both teams failed to find a winner.

Following this result, Arsenal remain at the top of the Premier League table with 30 points, while Chelsea hold third position with 24 points.
