BJPs Ram Kadam Criticizes Rahul Gandhi Over Controversial Remarks on PM Modis Father
BJP leader Ram Kadam condemns Rahul Gandhis comments on PM Modis father, sparking nationwide outrage and political backlash.

New Delhi, October 31 (Daily Kiran) : BJP legislator Ram Kadam has launched a scathing attack on Rahul Gandhi and the opposition, asserting that Gandhi’s recent comments regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s father have backfired. Speaking in New Delhi, Kadam stated that Gandhi’s actions, driven by deceit and conspiracy, have provoked widespread anger across the nation. He emphasized that the public sentiment is clear: “Modi is not going anywhere.”
Kadam remarked, “The opposition, along with Rahul Gandhi, has plotted with malice in their hearts. They attempted to make PM Modi’s father a political issue, but now the entire country is outraged. The people are united in their belief that Modi will remain.”
He further criticized the opposition’s perception of the public, suggesting they underestimate the intelligence of the citizens. “The people are tired of being treated as fools,” he added. “Falsehoods cannot sustain for long. The collective voice of the nation is that Modi will stay.”
Highlighting the government’s achievements, Kadam noted that 250 million people have risen above the poverty line and infrastructure development has occurred from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. He pointed out that over 35 countries have honored PM Modi with their highest awards, signifying respect not just for him but for the 1.46 billion citizens of India. He stated, “We have progressed from the 11th to the 4th largest economy, and we are on the verge of becoming the third largest.”
Addressing the upcoming rally by the opposition, Kadam stated that while Gandhi has the right to protest or initiate political impeachment, he does not have the right to undermine the Constitution. “You cannot use the Constitution as a prop while disregarding its essence,” he said, referring to the impeachment process as a serious matter that should not be trivialized.
Kadam reiterated that Gandhi’s strategy has failed, revealing the opposition’s inability to present solid evidence to support their claims. “The people are aware that the entire opposition stands against a dedicated leader like PM Modi. The public’s anger is palpable, and they are saying that Modi will not go anywhere.”
In a historical context, Kadam recalled that during the time of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Congress party supported him. He questioned why the current Congress leaders shy away from acknowledging Patel’s contributions to unifying India. “If Patel had not existed, this country would still be fragmented,” he asserted, praising Patel’s dedication to the nation.
Kadam concluded by challenging the Congress party to honor Patel, questioning their reluctance to celebrate a figure who played a crucial role in India’s history.
