Keshav Targets Akhilesh, Predicts SPs Downfall in 2027 Elections
Uttar Pradeshs Deputy CM Keshav Maurya criticizes Akhilesh Yadav, foreseeing a bleak future for the SP in the upcoming elections.

Lucknow, October 31 (Daily Kiran) : Uttar Pradesh‘s Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has launched a strong critique against Akhilesh Yadav, the national president of the Samajwadi Party (SP). He emphasized that before questioning the law and order situation in the state, Yadav should reflect on the SP’s rule from 2012 to 2017, which was marked by lawlessness, crime, and riots.
Maurya referenced comments made by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, asserting that the BJP-led NDA government is firmly established in Uttar Pradesh. He predicted that the SP would not regain power for the next 30 years. According to Maurya, both Yadav and his ally Rahul Gandhi are dreaming of a political comeback, but neither will succeed in their ambitions.
He labeled the SP as a party of anti-Ram elements, asserting that the electorate will demonstrate their discontent by “puncturing the SP’s bicycle” and sending it back to Saifai in the 2027 assembly elections. Maurya pointed out that while Yadav serves as a Member of Parliament, he seems unaware that citizenship certificates are issued by the Home Ministry, not the Election Commission.
The Deputy Chief Minister also suggested that Yadav’s agitation regarding the Special Investigation Team (SIT) stems from the inability of his associates to manipulate voter lists. He claimed that the names of illegal immigrants are being systematically removed from the electoral rolls, causing distress among opposition parties.
