New Delhi, May 2: BJP spokesperson Gaurav Vallabh has made a bold prediction regarding the upcoming West Bengal Assembly elections in 2026. He stated that the last 24 hours of the TMC’s model of corruption and chaos are upon us.
In an interview, Vallabh asserted, “The BJP and the double-engine government are set to emerge in Bengal at double speed. We will deliver justice to the mothers, soil, and people whom Mamata Banerjee has betrayed.”
He emphasized that the BJP is fully committed to restoring Bengal to its former glory. “It was once said that what Bengal thinks today, the nation thinks tomorrow. We are dedicated to bringing Bengal back to that greatness.”
Vallabh accused the TMC of running a model based on corruption, nepotism, and fear, stating, “This model is about to end. There are only 24 hours left. The TMC cannot return to power in Bengal.”
He speculated on the statements Mamata Banerjee might make after her defeat, predicting, “On May 4, after the results are announced, Mamata Banerjee will hold a press conference and blame EVMs, SIR, infiltrators, central forces, and polling personnel. However, she will not admit that the chaos and corruption model she has maintained for 15 years is the reason for her defeat.”
The BJP spokesperson added that chanting ‘Jai Shri Ram’ will no longer be illegal in Bengal. “There will be cheers for Maa Durga, Bengal, and Lord Shri Ram.”
Referring to the NDA’s third consecutive victory in Assam, Vallabh noted that the Congress has lost its relevance in the state. “People have given us more seats for good governance.”
Commenting on AAP leader Sandeep Pathak joining the BJP, he stated, “Kejriwal has been wiped out from Delhi, removed from the Rajya Sabha, and will soon be eliminated from Punjab as well. Discontent among his legislators is rising due to deceit and lies.”
