BJP Responds Fiercely to Kharges Terrorist Remark Against PM

New Delhi, April 21: The BJP launched a strong counterattack on Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s recent comment, in which he referred to the Prime Minister as a ‘terrorist.’ BJP leaders condemned Kharge’s statement as ‘deeply condemnable,’ ‘shameful,’ and a result of ‘electoral frustration.’

In a conversation in Delhi, Minister Kapil Mishra stated, “The Congress party is known for protecting jihadists. During Congress’s rule, the country faced daily terrorist attacks. In major cities like Delhi and Mumbai, jihadists struck whenever they wanted. Anyone who dismantles the jihadist network is viewed with suspicion by Congress. Kharge’s choice of words clearly indicates that Congress has lost all dignity and has no issues left to address.”

Mishra also targeted Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal, saying, “Kejriwal wants to evade the investigation into the liquor scam because he knows he could end up in jail again. He attempted to turn the Delhi High Court into a stage for his drama, but the court thwarted all his efforts.”

BJP national spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari, speaking in Siliguri, remarked, “Kharge used the term ‘terrorist’ for the Prime Minister at Rahul Gandhi’s behest. Congress is labeling 1.4 billion Indians as terrorists. They never call Pakistan, a terrorist nation, or terrorists like Hafiz Saeed, by that name. This clearly shows that Congress has lost its mental balance and is pursuing an urban naxal agenda.”

BJP national spokesperson RP Singh added, “Kharge’s use of offensive language against the Prime Minister is deeply condemnable. He has insulted the 1.4 billion Indians who elected Narendra Modi as Prime Minister. This reflects Congress’s frustration over its electoral defeats.”

Odisha BJP President Manmohan Samal condemned Kharge’s statement, stating, “As a senior leader and Congress President, such remarks are extremely shameful. Politics should remain within the bounds of decency.”

BJP leaders unanimously stated that Kharge’s remarks not only insult the Prime Minister but also the 1.4 billion Indians who have elected the BJP government for a third consecutive term.
