BJP MP Accuses Opposition of International Conspiracy to Oust Modi

BJPs Konda Vishweshwar Reddy claims recent protests are part of a foreign plot to remove PM Modi from power.

New Delhi, October 17 (Daily Kiran) : Indian politician Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has leveled serious accusations against opposition parties and foreign elements. He claims that the recent protests and movements across the country are part of a coordinated international conspiracy aimed at removing Prime Minister Narendra Modi from power.

Speaking on geopolitical and domestic issues, Reddy referenced the historic land boundary agreement between India and Bangladesh. He criticized the poor border management that existed prior to 2015, which allowed for numerous enclaves—areas of land located within each other’s territories—leading to unchecked infiltration for decades.

Reddy pointed out that the complex structure of over 100 enclaves contributed to this situation. He accused political interests of maintaining such a flawed border arrangement from the time of partition until 2015. The historic land boundary agreement was approved by Parliament in that year. He further alleged that weak border management and political patronage had facilitated illegal immigration prior to this agreement, which was often exploited for vote bank politics.

Discussing recent political protests and digital campaigns, Reddy accused social media platforms of being manipulated. He mentioned a political figure associated with the Aam Aadmi Party, alleging that a sudden spike in followers on Instagram was artificially generated and paid for.

According to Reddy, there is a significant disparity between the visible support on social media and the actual turnout at protests. However, he did not provide independent verification of his claims regarding the authenticity of followers.

He asserted that Congress, the Samajwadi Party, the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), certain extremist groups, and foreign entities have united under a common goal: to oust Prime Minister Modi. Reddy emphasized that these groups lack a shared agenda on issues like the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), or the Election Commission. Instead, their singular aim is to defeat Modi and instigate a change in leadership.

Highlighting the broader external challenges facing India, Reddy warned of potential pressures on the country’s economic stability. He mentioned concerns such as currency pressure, disruptions in oil trade, and potential impacts on the information technology and pharmaceutical sectors.

In light of these global pressures, Reddy praised Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, asserting that the government has played a crucial role in maintaining India’s strategic and economic autonomy.
