New Delhi, August 15: Central Minister JP Nadda, BJP National President Nitin Naveen, and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, among other BJP leaders, extended their greetings to the nation on Independence Day.
Central Minister JP Nadda expressed on X, “I extend heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all citizens on the occasion of the 80th Independence Day. On this sacred day of freedom, I pay tribute to the great personalities, revolutionaries, and freedom fighters who dedicated their lives to the service and protection of Mother India. Let us all unite to strengthen the country’s unity, integrity, brotherhood, and democratic values, reaffirming our commitment to building a ‘developed and self-reliant India.’”
BJP National President Nitin Naveen also shared on X, “Warm wishes to all citizens on Independence Day. August 15 symbolizes the immortal national consciousness of India, which has witnessed the golden dawn of freedom through countless sacrifices, relentless struggles, and indomitable resolve. This day reminds us of our glorious history and our responsibilities towards the nation. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla stated, “Dear countrymen, heartfelt wishes to you all on the 80th Independence Day. Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi congratulated everyone on the 80th Independence Day, stating, “Every citizen of our country is inspired by great Indian values and ideals. These values keep us aware of our responsibilities and duties towards nation-building.” He emphasized that the prosperity of the state and the development of the country are our only goals.
