BJP Leader Accuses Rahul Gandhi of Being a Pawn in Foreign Agenda
Shazia Ilmi criticizes Rahul Gandhi, claiming he undermines Indias democracy by collaborating with foreign influences.

New Delhi, October 18 (Daily Kiran) : Shazia Ilmi, a prominent leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has launched a scathing attack on Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of being a pawn in a foreign agenda aimed at undermining India’s democratic framework. Speaking in New Delhi, Ilmi asserted that Gandhi frequently travels abroad to disparage India and mock its democratic institutions.
Ilmi stated, “It is evident that Rahul Gandhi is a tool of foreign interests. He repeatedly goes overseas to belittle our nation and attack our democratic setup. The involvement of individuals like Neha Bora, who has borrowed leadership ideas from Aisha, showcases this agenda. It is clear that Gandhi wishes to see no peace or stability in India. The world recognizes that India is a rapidly growing economy, which likely unsettles him.”
Furthering her critique, Ilmi alleged that there are attempts at regime change inspired by scenarios in Egypt, Syria, and Libya, which she firmly opposes. “Governments come and go in our country through the electorate’s will. We will not allow any ideas of coups to take root here. Rahul Gandhi seems to prefer instigating chaos rather than contributing positively,” she added.
In response to comments made by Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal, Ilmi emphasized the importance of constitutional law and the electoral process. “As a lawyer, Sibal understands what the Constitution states about the rule of law and electoral integrity. Wishing for the BJP to lose will not change anything. A government can only change based on the people’s mandate,” she concluded.
