BJP Celebrates Foundation Day with Messages of National Self-Reliance

New Delhi, April 6: On the occasion of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Foundation Day, several prominent leaders, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, extended their greetings. Amit Shah recalled Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, stating that the establishment of the BJP, inspired by their nationalist thoughts, was not merely a political event but a commitment to national reconstruction.

In a post on the social media platform ‘X’, Amit Shah expressed, “Heartfelt wishes to all workers on the Foundation Day of the BJP, dedicated to the resolution of national interest above all. The BJP, born from the nationalist thoughts and ideological inspiration of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, is a pledge towards national reconstruction. Initiated with the core spirit of welfare for the last person, the BJP, under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, has realized the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas.'”

He further added, “The BJP has strengthened the roots of democracy while liberating the nation from appeasement and establishing good governance and transparency. Today, the BJP is not just a party; it has become a representative of the dreams and aspirations of 1.4 billion citizens.”

Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari also shared his wishes, stating, “Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all workers dedicated to the resolution of national service on the BJP’s Foundation Day. I pay tribute to all great leaders who have strengthened the party and organization with hard work and dedication, creating a vast banyan tree. The BJP, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, is continuously striving to make the nation progressive and self-reliant, following the path of nationalist ideology.”

Union Home Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan posted on ‘X’, saying, “Warm greetings and best wishes to all diligent and hardworking workers and citizens of the world’s largest political organization, the BJP, dedicated to the sentiment of ‘Nation First’ and the goal of Antyodaya, with a commitment to service, good governance, and welfare of the poor. Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s guidance, every BJP worker is dedicated to making India a strong, prosperous, and self-reliant nation.”

The BJP also posted on its official ‘X’ account, “Heartfelt wishes to all workers and citizens on the Foundation Day of the world’s largest political party, the BJP, which operates on the core mantra of ‘Nation First, the resolution of Antyodaya, and service.’ Let us ensure our participation in building a developed India.”
